Listed below are movement activities, skill practice ideas, as well as fitness exercises which will keep your skills sharp! Pick something which interests you and have fun!
BORP Tricycle Rental Program- www.borp.org/programs/adaptive-cycling/
The BORP Cycling Center is located at 80 Bolivar Drive, Berkeley, CA 94710. We offer a donation based bicycle rental program that seeks to serve people with physical disabilities. We are located near a quiet bike path on Aquatic Park, Berkeley. This bike path connects with the Bay Trail which allows us almost endless cycling opportunities. We have over 100 adaptive bikes. The Challenger Baseball League is a league which is played on the San Lorenzo Little League fields on Grant Ave. The league is for students, ages 5-20, who have disabilities. Games are once a week in the Spring, usually in the early evenings.

Movement Activities
The following movement activities have been worked on in your students SDC PE class. Select activities which are skills which your student is capable of performing:
Music is often used in our PE classes and can be a good motivator for student engagement.
